RTV’s stand-alone programs can accommodate any agency, school

system, correctional facility, church or community-based organization.

There are two options for replication: School-Based and Non-School Based.

SCHOOL-BASED REPLICATION

The RTV program is delivered through a three-tiered structure over the

course of a semester or year, as an elective course in a private, public,

charter or home-school context. This model impacts participants on

multiple levels, specifically School, Home, and Community.

School The RTV curriculum is delivered through in-class sessions by a trained

instructor.

Home RTV provides case management and other services to stabilize the

home including family mentoring, parent workshops, and alcohol and

substance abuse counseling.

Community RTV increases the capacity of organizations and communities

to meet the needs of their youth by providing technical assistance, training,

and full-scale events fostering the concept that “It takes a village to raise a

child.”

HOW TO FUND A SCHOOL-BASED PARTNERSHIP

To begin replication for a school-based program, you must first present the

concept of the program and its structure to your superintendent, principal,

or curriculum administrator. They must understand that the partnership

provides a vested interest since major outcomes of the program

consistently document improved academic and behavioral performance.

The partnership must be funded partially by the school/ school system. At

the school level, the principal must select a teacher that will undergo

training and certification by RTV, to prepare them to teach the class. RTV

can provide assistance with developing your proposal for school-based

replication.

NON-SCHOOL-BASED REPLICATION

This model allows organizations unable to host an in-school program to still

benefit from RTV’s unique curricula. This model is perfectly suited for after-

school, home-school, summer camp, faith- and community-based

programs. As a modular program, RTV can fit into an existing program

structure, strengthening it by providing consistent outcomes that can be

readily replicated. RTV’s easy-to-implement curricula enable any staff

member with little instruction to step in and deliver hard-hitting lessons that

provoke change. RTV’s stand-alone program model means that everything

that is needed for the program is included in the turnkey package for easy

delivery.

How to Fund Non-School-Based Partnership

If your program will be funded privately by your agency, organization or

other entity and is not associated with any public school system, simply fill
