RTV offers a variety of Gender-Based, E-Interactive, and Legacy programs to suit every need. All of RTV’s programs fit seamlessly into a home school, school class, after-school, summer camp, community- or faith-based organization, under personal development and character education. As turnkey programs, all components are readily available for implementation and can be fully adapted to meet any structure.

Gender-based programs

• Men of Vision –teaches young, urban males invaluable lessons about job preparation, life planning, fatherhood, and successful transition into manhood.
• Vessels of Honor <––stresses confliction-resolution skills, character building, dealing with peer pressure, and preventing disease and teen pregnancy.

E-interactive programs

• E-Zone – –equips young teens with the developmental assets to negotiate a successful journey in life.
• MOV: Under Construction –offers hard-hitting lessons on the building blocks of responsible manhood.
• VOH: Under Construction-offers teens streamlined instruction on how to develop and stick to personal standards of behavior during adolescence, especially as they relate to sex.

Legacy programs

• Capturing the Vision –molds young ladies into successful women by encouraging positive attitudes, resolving conflict and discovering their career path.
• Raise the Standard ––teaches elementary-age youth lessons in responsibility, honesty, conflict-resolution, and peer pressure in a constructive, age-appropriate environment.
• Making It Work –––teaches youth how to cultivate healthy relationships, discover their life goals, and develop the core elements necessary for a healthy marriage.

RTV even offers cutting-edge marriage education and family strengthening tools that can be used to educate youth, as well as adults, about the building blocks of a healthy relationship.

• Marriage Boot Camp-- is an interactive, healthy relationship training package that is appropriate as an add-on to any of RTV’s programs or as a stand-alone package. Equips students with interactive tools to build the foundation for a strong, lasting marriage.

Each of RTV’s research-based programs incorporate Social Learning Theory and Positive Youth Development approaches. Participatory learning strategies and multicultural content are hallmarks of all of RTV’s programs.  Lessons delivered in-class are reinforced through the replication of signature RTV events and family strengthening services.
